Sundi had faced an ongoing battle with her oral health for years. The toll of progressive tooth loss, periodontal disease, and dental decay had left her in a difficult situation. Each day was a challenge as she coped with the limitations these dental issues imposed on her life.
Her most pressing concern was the loss of her posterior teeth, which made it increasingly difficult for her to chew her food effectively. Sundi's diet had become limited, and she had to avoid many of her favorite foods. This not only affected her nutrition but also her overall quality of life. Meals had become a chore instead of a source of enjoyment.
But it wasn't just her diet that suffered. The appearance of her teeth had deteriorated over the years as well, and Sundi became increasingly self-conscious of her smile. It was a daily struggle with her self-esteem and confidence.

Sundi felt a glimmer of optimism she hadn't felt in a long time. She decided to move forward with the dental implant procedure. The process involved carefully placing artificial tooth roots into her jawbone, followed by the attachment of lifelike prosthetic teeth the same day. After a healing period of 5 months, her new final permanent fixed bridges were fabricated and attached to the integrated implants.
As the treatment progressed, Sundi's life began to change. With her new dental implants, she could once again enjoy her favorite foods without hesitation. The improved appearance of her smile gave her the confidence to socialize freely, and her self-esteem returned. Sundi was no longer defined by her dental struggles and enjoyed her newfound ability to eat, function, and smile with confidence.
What Sundi says . . . or watch her video below
"It's been a few months now since I finished my all on four implant procedure with Dr. Haghighat and I just really couldn't be happier. The whole thing just went exactly how I planned. Actually, better than I had planned or had hoped it would go.
I've actually done a lot of research online, reading things, watching things, and one of the common themes that stood out to me was people talking about the level of pain and basically not having any pain at all. And I was kind of skeptical of that. I was like, how can you not have pain when you're having all of your teeth pulled out and implants put back in?
But yeah it's true. It turns out that was my experience as well. I don't remember it at all. I had very minimal swelling which is something that you would expect of course. I used ice packs and things like that to keep the swelling down and that was pretty much it for me. I don't remember anything beyond taking Advil for the swelling itself. So that was just amazing and obviously a really pleasant surprise.
Before the procedure, and actually before finding Dr. Haghighat, I had literally done at least a half a dozen consults within maybe a 60 mile radius of where I live, trying to find a dentist that felt like a good fit for me, for what I was looking for.
I had even considered going out of state at one point just because I thought that might be my only solution because I wasn't finding who I was looking for here. And I knew that I didn't want to go to one of those nationwide chains where they have offices all over the country. I wanted a more personalized, one on one type experience, because I think everybody's mouth is kind of a one off and not everybody walks in with wanting the same type of teeth or the same experience.
So, I kept looking and thought I had exhausted all of my options. And then I finally found Dr. Haghighat. We had that first consult and I knew within just the first few minutes that I had definitely found where I wanted to go. It was just a great experience.
Everyone from the front desk all the way to the dental assistants, just everybody is super friendly, super nice. It was just an awesome experience. It couldn't have gone better. The whole thing as far as the procedure itself is life changing. I'm much more confident in my smile, I’m back to eating things that I wished I could have eaten before but wasn’t able to because of the condition of my mouth. The pain that I had in my mouth all the time, which was really a huge thing for me, was probably 50-50 with the appearance. I was ashamed of the way my teeth looked and the other part was being really limited as to what I could eat because I didn’t have a full mouth of teeth anymore.
But you know, that's all changed now. I can basically just eat whatever I want. I'm not struggling with that day to day pain like I was before and it's just been great. I can't express enough how happy I am that I did this and I wish that I would have found him sooner, been able to do it sooner, but now everything's done and I'm really super happy with it.
And finally, one last thing I wanted to say that I almost forgot - in one of those consults that you have, prior to your implant procedure, you can just go over everything that is as far as what you want your teeth to look like, what you want your smile to look like, the color, the shade, the shape, the whole thing.
So that was another thing that I felt super confident about going into a surgery and when I was done, the first thing I did, like everyone else, was look in the mirror and it just turned out great. Everything's just been really perfect and I'm so glad that I found everyone at Dr. Haghighat’s office. And I'm super glad that I was able to get the procedure done. I’m so happy with the way my smile looks now and just the way my life has changed since having the procedure, it's just been great. I can't say enough good things."
