I had to get my back left tooth re-surfaced (basically removed completely due to decay), and Kamran did a stellar job.  It was quick, easy, and painless.  I highly recommend that if you need a specialist, go book an appointment and have him help you.

There was an issue with insurance that had given me a headache (not literally :)), where they weren’t going to cover the bill since it “wasn’t deemed as necessary”.  Which is odd, because if a tooth is decaying, I’d argue that it’s pretty necessary…  So I did.

The insurance company had basically mentioned that there was a back and forth needed between the consultant to move forward.  The office had sent the necessary paperwork, and something had gotten mixed up or “missed” along the way.  I worked with the receptionist, Dani, and she was extremely helpful and patient in assisting me on my claim.  I wasn’t in the best financial stability at the time, and so every dollar counted in helping reduce my bill, especially when I NEEDED this procedure.

After Dani and I had stayed in communication, she was able to conclude that the insurance folks had dropped the ball on my claim (go figure), and that I actually was only responsible for a fraction of the total amount!

This was extremely important in really just figuring out the “why” behind it, and simply making it right.  Even if I had to pay the full amount, as long as the T’s were crossed and the i’s were dotted, I’d totally understand.  In this case, Dani made the extra effort in helping solve and figure out the claim.

Kamran does great work, he’s honest, up front, and he’s a professional in the industry.  The ladies that work with him, Dani, will go the extra length in making sure that you’re helped where it’s necessary.  I recommend them all to help assist you in your dental needs.
