Immediate Smile Impact With Immediate Implants
Don had always been self-conscious about his smile. His upper incisors were splayed and uneven, with unsightly gaps that seemed to draw attention to themselves. He had missing lower anterior teeth that required him to wear a cumbersome partial denture, causing him discomfort and inconvenience.
Don decided it was time for a change. He longed for an improved appearance and aesthetics for his teeth, but he wasn't interested in the lengthy process of orthodontics to correct their positions and spaces. Instead, he had his sights set on dental implants, hoping they could provide a more immediate and permanent solution.
First Steps to a New Smile
The first step in Don's smile transformation involved removing the problematic upper incisors. It was a daunting but necessary procedure, one that Don felt both nervous and excited about. With the upper incisors gone, the dental team meticulously inserted the dental implants the same day, ensuring they were perfectly positioned to support the future temporary bridge. An already fabricated temporary bridge was secured to the installed implants and the soft tissues manipulated to conform to the new teeth positioning.
The lower edentulous incisor and bicuspid area also received dental implants during this appointment. The combination of precision planning and state-of-the-art technology allowed the dental team to perform these procedures with accuracy. Immediate temporary teeth were placed over the implants, transforming Don's appearance almost instantly. He couldn't help but smile when he looked in the mirror, seeing a glimpse of the radiant smile he had always desired.
Over the following weeks and months, Don's dental implants integrated with his bone, becoming a solid foundation for the permanent restorations that would complete his smile makeover. Throughout the process, we provided support and reassurance, as we were as excited as Don was about the incredible transformation taking place. Once the tissues had healed, the permanent crowns and bridges that had been fabricated were delivered to complete his new smile.
Don's Smile of His Dreams
In the end, Don achieved the smile of his dreams, thanks to the innovative approach of digital planning, immediate implants, immediate temporization, and surgical and restorative collaboration. His self-confidence soared, and he can now smile with confidence, knowing that he has overcome his dental concerns and achieved the esthetic transformation he had always hoped for. We are happy to have been part of his journey.

02-18-2024 "OK I waited two years after I had my surgery to give my review. The reason I did this is I feel like it would be a really good honest review now that time has passed.
My implants have been solidly in my jawline for a year and here’s my review, so let me start first of all. I have been been to different oral surgeons for the past 25 years and some oral surgeons have said nope I’m not gonna do this you don’t have the right jaw bone to do this. A little backstory about myself is that I was born without a lot of permanent teeth and my bottom was missing five teeth and never came in so my jawbone was really small and yeah, I had a Chiclets smile I would say. You might be able to look on my photo and see what it looks like. But I decided to have the surgery and I sat down with Dr. Haghighat and he was confident he could do it. I liked his staff and I decided to go for it.
Well I got the surgery done in one day so I have nine implants I believe that’s the final count. As a patient I would like to say that it’s 10% Dr. Haghighat and his staff and 90% you, so you have to follow his instructions to the T. I was on a liquid diet for nine months did everything that they said in the packet. Right after surgery ice every 20 minutes And I will tell you my surgery was successful. I’m really really happy with the results.
It’s been two years and I had a pretty major surgery because I had so many implants all done at once in the bottom jaw, and the top jaw. The one thing I was worried about is that I’d walk out after having the surgery and everybody would know that those teeth are fake too white, but Dr. Haghighat is an artist. I will tell you, people that I haven’t seen in years it takes a minute for them to realize there's something different about me and the beauty of it is that he makes it looks so original that you’re not gonna be one of those people that is walking around with a super fake smile with these super white teeth. He really tries really hard to make sure that it fits your persona.
He did an amazing job like I said it’s been two years after the fact and I have no pain. I floss and I do all of his instructions because remember when you get these implants you’re making an investment in yourself. That’s why I follow the flossing and getting my teeth cleaned regularly. I will tell you I’ve never been happier. Honestly I have never even been able to bite fully into a burrito in my whole life and that’s the truth because I only had three teeth on the top and nothing on the bottom. If you’re gonna make this investment go for it, he’s a great surgeon. He cares! He is an artist. His staff is absolutely top-notch they care, and out of all of the oral surgeons that I’ve seen he was the one that I felt had the most confidence he knew what he was doing and he did an amazing job. I can’t say enough great things about him and his staff."
