DG is a patient who struggled with a history of dental challenges. He came to the Portland Perio Implant Center seeking a crucial second opinion on his deteriorating dentition. DG decided on a full-mouth rehabilitation with implant-supported fixed prosthetics. The lower arch would undergo an "All-on-X" treatment with a fixed zirconia bridge. The upper arch presented a more intricate challenge due to bone loss and positioning issues related to the sinuses. Simultaneously, the lower jaw received five implants and a temporary fixed denture to restore functionality on the same day.
