We are committed to following the infection control guidelines and recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We do this for your protection and to make sure that our infection control procedures not only adhere to each agency's recommendations but exceed them for the services we provide our patients.
To further ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we are well-equipped with appropriate PPE, we are practicing social distancing, and we are operating at a reduced capacity to allow ample time between patients for complete room sanitization.
We have also installed the best in class air filtration with the IQAir HealthPro Series featuring HyperHEPA filtration technology for superior airborne particle removal. IQAir's HyperHEPA filtration is tested and certified by an independent third-party lab to effectively filter 99.5% of harmful ultrafine pollution particles down to 0.003 microns in size. This is 100 times smaller than what is achieved with ordinary air filtration technology and 10 times smaller than a virus. Our IQAir extraoral suction air purifier is used right at the patient source to reduce aerosol levels, bacterial colonies, and airborne viral particles to almost zero.

"As a person that’s congenitally missing 9 adult teeth it’s hard for me to find periodontists and dentists that aren’t dumbstruck by the enormity of my case. Luckily for me Dr. Haghighat isn’t one of them. I was weary of private clinics since I’d been treated at the OHSU dental school since childhood and every private clinic I’d been to seemed to want to upsell my already expensive necessary dental work with veneers I didn’t need or want. I found Dr. Haghighat after researching bone grafting experts in the Portland area. I was devastated after I’d had two bone grafts I needed to complete the implant process fail at the OHSU graduate student clinic. I was very self-conscious about the large holes left in my smile from this process and very reticent to put myself through another year of surgery, check-ups and bills. I couldn’t eat certain foods and I was terrified of job interviews where smiling is expected. It was after being scheduled for a brunch interview (my absolute nightmare) that I made the appointment for a consult. Meeting with Dr. Haghighat I was put at ease with how upfront he was about why he thought the grafting had failed and how he’d approach my case differently. Going so far as to answer my nervous questions about worst case scenarios. I was also thrilled not to hear the word “veneer” once in his clinic. The surgeries went well and he never hurt my jaw by leaning on it or jerking it as other surgeons had done in the past. The staff there is also really sweet, they always remembered the little details of my life. Today I had my final implant crowns placed. I’m so happy I can finally smile and chew again! I wish I’d seen Dr. Haghighat first. He’s honest and he wants to provide his patients with the smiles they deserve. I have one more baby tooth left to replace and when it’s time, I’ll be going back to his clinic. If you have a difficult case I cannot recommend him more."

"It is my pleasure to highly recommend Dr. Haghighat. I am not a fan of writing reviews, but in this situation I am motivated. I had a front tooth that had to be pulled, because of a previous trauma to the tooth. Needless to say, it was upsetting. In addition, I was told that I did not have enough bone in the area in which to anchor the implant. A CT scan was taken right in the office, after which Dr. Haghighat assured me that after a bone graft, an implant placement would work. In addition to a successful implant being put in, Dr. Haghighat was meticulous about the appearance and the health of the gum. The doctor was easy to relate to, and to trust. He answered all my questions in a calm and confident way. He explained everything. His dental assistant, Melissa, and office manager Dani are awesome, competent and friendly. I am so relieved to have been taken care of by such good people."
